Aidas Oganauskas acquired his economic foundations at Vilnius University (2000–2004) and deepened his technological competence at DeVry University in Illinois, USA, studying IT Business Management (2004–2006). This dual education — economic thinking and technological competence — became a solid career foundation, allowing him to organically combine business strategy with digital technologies.
Over more than two decades, Aidas has gained practical experience implementing and managing systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Canias ERP, and Odoo. He understands these systems not only from a technical perspective; more importantly, he sees how each of them functions within the context of business processes and creates real value for an organization.
It is precisely this ability to see the bigger picture that determines why his implemented solutions remain effective not only on the project launch day but also years and even a decade later.
